7-Day Return Policy

At KILLADEPT, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

    •    Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

    •    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    •    Final sale items, custom-made pieces, and accessories are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

    1.    Contact our customer service at KILLADEPT95@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

    2.    Include your order number and reason for return.

    3.    Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping:

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:

    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.
